4 – 6 weeksA single governing idea emerges. The DNA of the project. Mood boards, spatial sequences, and material narratives are defined.

Design Development
8 – 14 weeksEvery detail is resolved. Drawings, specifications, and 3D visualisations are refined until nothing is arbitrary.
